About This Role
1. Payments & Transfers
- Process payments through:
- Online banking portals (e.g., Al Rajhi, SNB, Riyad Bank)
- SADAD / SARIE systems
- Ensure proper approvals as per company authority matrix
- 2. **Receipts Management**
- Monitor incoming payments via bank transfers
- Coordinate with sales team for customer collections
- Record receipts in ERP system
3. **Cash Flow Monitoring**
- Track daily cash position across accounts
- Assist Finance Manager in weekly/monthly cash flow forecasting
- 4. **Bank Liaison**
- Coordinate with banks for:
- Account opening/closure
- Updating authorized signatories
- Resolving transaction issues
- Maintain relationships with banking representatives
5. **Trade Finance Support**
- Handle documentation for:
- Letters of Credit (LCs)
• Bank Guarantees (BGs)
- Import/export payments
- Follow up with banks for LC amendments and settlements
6. **VAT & Documentation Support**
- Coordinate with tax team for VAT-related banking transactions
- Support audit requirements and ZATCA compliance
Required Skills
- Knowledge of KSA banking systems (SARIE, SADAD)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics)
- Strong Excel skills
- Arabic language (basic preferred but not mandatory)
- Attention to detail and compliance awareness
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
- 2–5 years experience in KSA (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼2,500.00 - ﷼3,000.00 per month
