Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, located in Riyadh.

The Sales Engineer will engage directly with clients to understand their technical and business needs, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful system integration.

Responsibilities

will include preparing technical proposals, delivering product demonstrations, resolving technical inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve customer satisfaction.

The role also requires maintaining a strong understanding of the latest technologies and products in the industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support 2-5 Years
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in interacting with sophisticated systems and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the telecom or IT sector is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
