Job Description

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and general ledger maintenance.
• Perform daily and monthly bank, credit card, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, preparing necessary journal entries and adjusting entries.
• Prepare and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
• Provide high-level bookkeeping services, ensuring all financial transactions are categorized correctly and compliant with GAAP (or local accounting standards).
• Assist with tax preparation and coordinate with external auditors or tax professionals as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff or bookkeeping assistants.

Zoho Crm & Systems Management

• Utilize **Zoho CRM** to track client accounts, billing information, and sales data as it relates to financial forecasting.
• Ensure seamless integration and data accuracy between Zoho CRM and our primary accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero).
• Create and maintain financial dashboards, custom reports, and workflows within Zoho CRM to streamline invoicing and payment tracking.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies and optimize the quote-to-cash process within the CRM.
• Maintain data hygiene within the CRM regarding client financial profiles and contract renewals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred).
• **Experience:** 4+ years of progressive accounting and bookkeeping experience.
• Proven experience managing books for multiple entities, clients, or complex business structures.
