About This Role

Position Title: Finance Manager and Admin
Department: Finance
Reporting To: Senior Management

Location: Dubai World Trade Centre - Al Rashid Tower

Salary Range: AED 3k to AED 5k depending on experience

Role Overview
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full financial operations of multiple small entities, initially including a family office and a technical services company. The role requires hands-on management of bookkeeping, financial reporting, compliance, and cash flow, alongside active involvement in project-level financial tracking and operational support. The successful candidate will also support future entities as they are established.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management, Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Trackers and Admin
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records across all entities
  • Oversee day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
  • Ensure all financial data is recorded in a timely and structured manner
  • Accounts Preparation & Reporting
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for each entity
  • Produce accurate financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
  • Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Tax Compliance & Filings
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns in accordance with UAE regulations
  • Manage corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with applicable laws
  • Stay updated on UAE tax regulations and ensure all entities remain compliant
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Monitor and manage cash flow across all entities
  • Provide cash flow forecasts and strategic advice to management
  • Ensure sufficient funding is available for operational and project requirements
  • Project Financial Oversight
  • Ensure all projects are properly allocated with financial resources
  • Track project-related costs and financial performance
  • Participate in weekly project updates and provide financial input
  • Support ongoing tracking of project budgets and expenditures
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise with internal teams including operations and project management
  • Coordinate with external parties where required, including auditors and consultants
  • Provide regular financial updates to senior management
  • Weekly & Monthly Reporting
  • Participate in weekly project and management meetings
  • Prepare and present weekly financial updates related to projects
  • Deliver detailed monthly financial reports and performance summaries
  • Ad Hoc Financial Support
  • Assist with any additional financial tracking or reporting requirements
  • Support the setup and financial structuring of new entities
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as required by senior management

9. Family Coordination and Support

  • Coordinatiing with the family members for bookings
  • Calendars coordinations
  • Support on family matters for travel
  • Ad Hoc support where required

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar finance management role
  • Must have working knowledge of MS Office, QuickBooks, Zoho etc
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Eye for details.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and submitting VAT and corporate tax filings in the UAE
  • Relevant professional qualification in finance or accounting
  • Strong understanding of UAE tax laws and compliance requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple entities simultaneously
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
