Job Summary
We are seeking Accounts Executive from the
Real Estate industry
to support the finance operations.
The candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting in financial reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and receipts
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Support monthly closing activities and financial reporting
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Assist during audits and provide necessary financial data when required
