About This Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable **Accounts Executive** to manage our day-to-day financial operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain proper records, and support overall accounting functions in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and maintain general ledger
- Handle **accounts payable and receivable**, including invoicing and collections
- Perform **bank reconciliations** and monitor cash flow
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing accounts
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with **UAE VAT regulations** and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal/external audits
- Process payroll entries and expense claims
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with **UAE VAT laws and filing procedures**
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per hour
