Accounts Executive
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial statements
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant regulations
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
