We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, assisting with tax compliance, and supporting the finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping and accounting records for multiple client companies.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
- Record daily transactions, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in VAT registration, VAT return filing, and compliance.
- Support Corporate Tax registration and compliance activities.
- Prepare management reports and financial analyses for clients.
- Coordinate with clients to collect financial documents and records.
- Assist in audit preparations and liaise with auditors when required.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality of client financial information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience (UAE experiance preferred )
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- CA Inter, or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Experience in accounting firms, audit firms, or consultancy firms.
- Knowledge of UAE business setup and compliance requirements.
