About This Role
Role Overview
We are looking for a **reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager** to take full ownership of our accounting function, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and maintain strong financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage **day-to-day accounting operations** (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation)
- Prepare **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports**
- Handle **UAE VAT filings** preparation
- Coordinate with auditors for **financial statements and audits**
- Maintain **cash flow management and forecasting**
- Implement and monitor **internal financial controls**
- Oversee **payroll processing and WPS compliance**
- Monitor receivables and follow up on collections
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting / Finance**
- Minimum **2–3 years of UAE accounting experience**
- Strong knowledge of:
- UAE VAT laws
- Accounting software experience
- High level of **integrity and financial discipline**
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in **garments manufacturing / trading industry (preferred)**

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
