Accounts Cum Data Entry Operator

About This Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts cum Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting support, data entry, and handling daily office records with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter daily sales, purchases, expenses, and financial records into the system
• Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and filing records
• Assist with invoices, receipts, payments, and petty cash records
• Reconcile statements and support basic accounting tasks
• Prepare reports and update management with required data
• Handle stock, supplier, and customer data entries when required
• Ensure all records are organized, updated, and error-free
• Coordinate with accounts team and other departments as needed
• Perform general administrative and office support duties

Requirements:

• Previous experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or data entry
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage records confidentially and professionally
• Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
