Accounts cum Administration Executive - EMARATI

About This Role

Job Purpose

Responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations along with administrative support functions to ensure smooth office operations and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Prepare invoices, LPOs, and payment vouchers
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Assist in monthly closing and reporting
• Manage office operations and supplies
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Handling Reception
• Maintain filing systems (physical & digital)

Experience:

• 2–4 years’ experience in accounts cum admin role, ideally exposure to GCC/UAE

construction industry.

Special skills required for the job:

• Knowledge of accounting software
• Proficiency in MS Office

Good communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
