About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant with strong experience in Tally to manage the company’s end-to-end accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle everything from daily bookkeeping and inventory management to preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record all day-to-day financial transactions in Tally (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, journal entries).
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice generation, vendor payments, and customer collections.
• Conduct inventory management, including physical stock counts, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Prepare Corporate TAX, VAT, and other statutory returns as required.
• Monitor bank transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth financial operations

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Accountant in the UAE (minimum 3–4 years).
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Experience in inventory management and reconciliation.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• Food Industry experience (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
