Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh for an Accounting Manager.
The Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, manage the preparation of financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Key responsibilities
include creating journal entries, monitoring fixed assets, and conducting in-depth financial analysis.
This role requires close collaboration with various departments to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and managing Fixed Assets
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and inform strategic decisions
- Expertise in Journal Entries and understanding of core Accounting practices
- Foundational knowledge of Finance and its application to real estate or property management
- Attention to detail, organizational ability, and effective communication skills
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Experience in the real estate or property management industry is a plus
