Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager / Assistant Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Supervise and guide accounting team members (for Manager role)
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Analyse financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Maintain strong internal controls and improve accounting processes
