Job purpose
- The objective of this is to manage the financial aspects of an organization, ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance with regulations, and providing valuable financial insights to support decision-making processes.
- Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor daily bank reconciliation
- Cheques collected custodian and Review Cheques received voucher
- Safekeeping of all cheques received from customers and related parties
- Clearing of cheques in Al Ameen system Cash custodian: Handling & Monitoring of:
- Handling, Depositing and monitoring of cash sales for Group
- .
- Arranging for replenishment of Petty/Revolving funds
- Prepare request for payment and ensure the approvals
- Process online payments (Online Banking)
- Prepare payments schedule for Authorization
- Sending emails to the beneficiaries and follow-up for receipt vouchers
- Fund Transfer letter Preparation for foreign currency payments
- Re-charge the card fund
- Generate monthly statement and recording the related entries Others:
- Handling all cheque books
- Monitoring of pre-signed cheques, letterhead, banks forms
- Receiving PRO invoices, and monitoring his advances
Education and Qualification
- Bachelor of accounting, Finance or relevant degree.
- 2 years of experience in similar role
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Sound knowledge of different types of financial reports and balance sheets.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
