We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our finance team.
In this position, you will assist in managing the organization’s financial records, transactions, and reporting processes.
Your role will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations while collaborating with senior accountants to uphold financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately document daily financial transactions and maintain comprehensive financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial documents.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
