- , we're building the digital backbone of logistics in the GCC and we need someone who makes sure every product workflow we ship actually delivers value to the people using it.

- It's a
- Product Operations × Customer Success hybrid where you
- own a user journey end-to-end and make it work.
- What you'll own:
- Regular 1:1 conversations with customers — the insights that never show up in dashboards
- Moving customers through their activation journey (instinct-driven, never pushy)
- Tracking adoption metrics and closing drop-off gaps with the product team
- Monitoring end-to-end workflow reliability — detecting, escalating, and closing improvement loops
- Translating conversations + behavioral data into prioritized product recommendations
- Weekly domain health reports to stakeholders
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, ops, and engineering
- You're a fit if you have:
- 3–5 years in Product Operations, CS Operations, or Product Analytics at a SaaS, marketplace, or digital-first company
- A proven track record driving feature adoption metrics
- Fluency in dashboards, CRM tools, and basic SQL
- Systems-thinking you see patterns across users, not just individual cases
- Strong active listening, clear written and verbal communication (English fluent; Arabic a plus)
- Empathy + analytical distance — you feel the friction without losing objectivity
- GCC cultural awareness — relationships and patience matter here
- Bias for action you follow up without being chased
