Overview
Cargoz is looking for a proactive and hands-on
Operations Specialist
to be our eyes and boots on the ground.
This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence through on-site verifications, compliance audits, and resolution of high-impact customer cases.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site warehouse verifications, compliance checks, and operational audits to maintain service quality standards
- Act as the primary on-ground representative for Cargoz in critical customer cases and high-value disputes
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the Escalations team to investigate, mediate, and resolve complex operational issues
- Prepare detailed site visit reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and actionable recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support investigations related to high-value claims and escalations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on, field-oriented approach
- Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution capabilities
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and processes
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Prior experience in operations, audits, or dispute resolution is preferred
