About the role
We are hiring a detail-oriented and trustworthy **Accountant** to support day-to-day financial operations for a private office setup in Dubai.
The successful candidate will take full ownership of books of accounts, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support financial reporting requirements in a confidential environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts
- Record daily financial transactions and journal entries
- Prepare trial balances, ledgers, and management reports
- Reconcile bank statements and cash records regularly
- Monitor and document expenses
- Support internal and external audit requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho, or equivalent)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, reconciliation, financial reporting)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
