We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical Accountant who can independently manage the full accounting cycle and support financial operations in a fast-growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete accounting cycle from transaction recording to financial reporting
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash movements
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Monitor collections, aging reports, and client balances
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting
- Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Assist in audit preparation and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor expenses, profitability, and working capital performance
- Generate periodic reports for management decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years UAE accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of full accounting cycle and financial reporting
- Experience in cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting
- Knowledge in VAT filing, reconciliation, and UAE compliance
- Proficient in ERP/Accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, Odoo, SAP, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, financial analysis)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
- Experience in trading, medical, or service industry is an advantage
