Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Reconcile restaurant POS sales with cash, card, online delivery platforms, and bank deposits.
- Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile cash and petty cash.
- Record purchases, supplier invoices, credit notes, and supplier payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor bank balances.
- Analyze food costs, wastage, variance, and gross profit.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
- Assist with budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, and monthly MIS reports.
- Process payroll, maintain fixed assets, record expenses and accruals, support VAT, coordinate audits, and provide financial analysis.
Requirements
- At least one year of Tally Prime knowledge is required.
- English language proficiency is required.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and legal compliance is preferred.
- Three years of accounting or auditing experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Applicants must be able to commute reliably to Abu Dhabi or relocate before starting.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
