About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team on an **immediate basis**.
You will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
The ideal candidate is proactive, deadline-driven, and confident using cloud-based accounting software.
Must-Have Requirements
- **Immediate availability** — candidates who cannot start right away will not be considered
- **Valid driving licence** — a full, clean driving licence is mandatory for this role
- **Proficiency in ZOHO** — hands-on experience with ZOHO Books, ZOHO Expense, or the ZOHO Finance suite is essential
- Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / IFRS)
- Ability to prepare and analyse financial statements and reports
- High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using ZOHO
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as required
- Travel to client sites or branch offices when required (driving license essential)
- Assist with procurement related things.
- Nice to Have
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Experience with ZOHO Analytics or ZOHO CRM integration
- Familiarity with VAT returns and tax filing
- Experience in a multi-entity or group accounting environment
