Overview

Responsibilities

• Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues promptly
• Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
• Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
• Discover unpaid invoices by analyzing financial data
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
• Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
• Invoice, credit, bill, and order statements should be gathered and sorted.
• Assisting the account department on month end activities.
• Assisting on financial reporting.
• Preparation of relevant Accounts receivable / Accounts payable report.
• Carrying out any additional duties that the Management assigns within the scope of the Department.
• Maintain daily collection reports.
• Track and monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues or discrepancies..
• Collaborate with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Agriculture field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office Suite
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
