Job Summary
Emerald Middle East Company is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Admin to manage financial operations and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting daily office administration within a fast-paced cleaning services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities including invoicing, payments, receivables, and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare periodic financial reports
- Manage payroll processing and staff records
- Coordinate with procurement and operations for cost tracking and budgeting
- Handle administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and correspondence
- Assist in preparing quotations, LPOs, and contracts
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders as required
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Experience in service industry (preferably cleaning or facilities management) is an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia/Qatar)
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and financial compliance in Saudi Arabia
- Ability to handle both finance and administrative responsibilities independently
