Medisure Medical Supplies LLC is a growing organization dedicated to excellence, integrity, and innovation.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant Collection to join our finance team and support our daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities/Job Description
- Manage AR transactions and update records in ERP system
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Monitor collections and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts
- Record and allocate incoming payments accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams on billing and invoice processing
- Process vendor payments and maintain financial records
- Handle bank transactions, cheques, and PDCs
- Support tax compliance and finance operations
- Prepare weekly and monthly collection and penalty reports
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Basic understanding of accounting principles
-Good communication and analytical skills
-Must have experience as Accountant in Medical company or hospitals
