About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Cum Admin to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling accounting responsibilities as well as general administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and payment vouchers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with VAT filing and related reports
- Process payroll and employee expense claims
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and external parties
- Maintain office administration and filing systems
- Monitor office supplies and support day-to-day operations
- Prepare reports for management when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in accounting and administration
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
