About the Company
Our client is a private financial entity registered and operating within the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), UAE.
The company is involved in investment management, proprietary trading, and venture capital activities, with a strong focus on equities, derivatives, and early-stage investments.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain financial records, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
Prepare reports and assist with financial documentation.
Manage administrative tasks and provide support to senior management.
Coordinate office documentation, correspondence, and scheduling.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial and business information.
Support operational and reporting requirements as needed.
Requirements
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
✔️ Experience in basic accounting and financial administration.
✔️ Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
✔️ Knowledge or experience in Trading, Equities, Investments, or Financial Markets is highly preferred.
✔️ Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
✔️ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
