Global Recruitment Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Group's global recruitment, sourcing, and workforce deployment strategy.
• Oversee recruitment activities across Group Services business units and support workforce planning requirements across the Group.
• Develop and execute sourcing expansion strategies focused on blue-collar, skilled, technical, and workforce-intensive sectors.
• Build and manage international recruitment partnerships, agency networks, and workforce supply ecosystems across multiple regions.
• Identify and establish new sourcing markets beyond traditional South Asian recruitment channels.
• Drive workforce deployment initiatives across GCC and European markets.
• Develop scalable talent pipelines and alternative workforce supply channels to support long-term business growth.
• Lead and manage international recruitment teams, sourcing specialists, agency partners, and deployment stakeholders.
• Establish recruitment governance, sourcing KPIs, deployment metrics, and performance frameworks across all recruitment activities.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure workforce availability aligns with growth plans, project mobilization requirements, and expansion initiatives.
• Monitor sourcing effectiveness, deployment volumes, recruitment quality, cost optimization, and workforce availability across all markets.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience within international recruitment, workforce solutions, staffing, manpower outsourcing, workforce supply, or large-scale talent acquisition environments.
• Proven experience leading multi-country sourcing, recruitment, mobilization, and workforce deployment operations.
• Strong experience building international recruitment agency networks and sourcing ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success developing workforce supply channels within emerging and non-traditional sourcing markets.
• Experience sourcing and mobilizing talent from alternative labor markets beyond traditional South Asian countries is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong background in high-volume blue-collar recruitment, workforce mobilization, and international deployment programs.
• Experience managing regional recruitment teams, sourcing functions, agency networks, and global recruitment operations.
• Exposure to sectors such as construction, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, facilities management, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, workforce services, or oil & gas.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to align workforce supply strategy with business growth objectives.
• Candidates with established sourcing networks across emerging workforce markets, international labor corridors, and alternative source countries will be highly preferred.
