About This Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our Abu Dhabi–based Corporate Service Provider (CSP) firm. The successful candidate will be client-facing, commercially aware, and experienced in working within a professional services or CSP environment, supporting a portfolio of local and international clients.

This role requires strong technical accounting skills, an understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Accounting & Reporting

·        Manage day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of CSP clients, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.

·        Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS or IFRS for SMEs.

·        Assist with preparation of management accounts, cash flow reports, and financial summaries.

Compliance & Regulatory Support

·        Support clients with annual accounts preparation and filing (ADGM, free zone, or mainland as applicable).

·        Coordinate with external auditors and assist during audit processes.

·        Support VAT and UAE Corporate Tax record-keeping where applicable.

·        Ensure financial records comply with UAE regulatory and CSP requirements.

Client Interaction & Relationship Management

·        Act as a primary point of contact for accounting-related client queries.

·        Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, auditors, and advisors.

·        Support accounting aspects of client onboarding.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

·        Maintain accurate working papers and supporting documentation and schedules.

·        Assist with improving internal accounting and reporting processes.

·        Ensure confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

·        Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent).

·        Minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a CSP, accounting firm, audit firm, or professional services environment.

·        Strong understanding of IFRS or IFRS for SMEs.

·        Experience managing multiple clients and entities.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar.
