About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Accountant / Admin Assistant to join our automotive workshop team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle daily invoices, basic accounting tasks, and office coordination in a professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage invoices & quotations
- Record daily expenses and payments
- Follow up on customer payments when needed
- Maintain organized financial and workshop records
- Assist with basic accounting and admin tasks
- Coordinate with service advisors and management
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience with invoices, Excel, and office work
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
