Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily cash sales between IPOS and D365.
- Reconcile credit card sales between IPOS and D365.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile sales transactions between IPOS and D365 to ensure accurate and complete recorded sales.
- Reconcile aggregator sales, commissions, settlements, and discrepancies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and ensure outstanding balances are accurately recorded.
- Follow up on receivables and outstanding payments to support timely collection.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Prepare reconciliation reports and update the Finance team on outstanding issues.
