Role summary
Manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners in Qatar.
Help partners optimize their platform presence, grow sales, and maintain partner satisfaction.
Partner relationships and consulting
- Build long-term partner relationships and support satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service.
- Advise partners on business growth using sales, operational, and engagement data.
- Analyze menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics; share recommendations and conduct regular business reviews.
Growth and collaboration
- Identify upselling, cross-promotion, and performance-improvement opportunities; help optimize menus, images, and delivery times.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers to increase orders.
- Work with Marketing, Logistics, and Operations on partner needs, onboarding, campaigns, and issue resolution.
Contracts and compliance
- Negotiate and renew commercial agreements.
- Ensure partners meet service-level agreements and operational standards for delivery quality and availability.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or partner success.
- Food technology, FMCG, or e-commerce experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using dashboards and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; customer-first approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic is required.
