Requirements
- What You'll Bring:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or a related field, or at least 3 years in financial services or sales
- Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
- RG146 compliance or willingness to complete certification
- A proven track record thriving in high-pressure, target-driven environments
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work across multicultural teams
- Confidence with MS Office and CRM software, and comfort handling data and client records
- A highly motivated "hunter" mentality with a solutions-first approach to client needs
- Experience with wholesale or high net wealth clients in a brokerage or fintech setting is a strong bonus
- A passion for financial markets with a grounding in CFDs and margin trading is a bonus but not essential
