The role
Own and grow key client accounts, starting with a global FMCG client and teams across the Gulf.
Build client relationships, turn conversations into briefs, and coordinate delivery with production teams.
What you will do
- Build relationships with decision-makers across client brand, commercial, HR, communications, and procurement teams.
- Conduct regular outreach and follow-ups through email, LinkedIn, and meetings.
- Track contacts, opportunities, RFQs, and next steps in the account tracker, updating it daily.
- Monitor and respond to sourcing events and RFQs on supplier platforms such as Coupa and Aravo.
- Turn client needs into briefs and coordinate proposals, budgets, and timelines with creative and production teams.
- Support delivery on the ground and manage the client relationship from brief to final report.
- Spot upcoming occasions and launches and bring ideas to clients early.
- Report weekly on pipeline, meetings, proposals, and wins.
What you bring
- Three to six years of account-management or client-servicing experience at an events, experiential, production, or advertising agency in the UAE or KSA.
- Experience with FMCG, pharmaceutical, or other multinational clients, including procurement and supplier portals.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Organized, persistent, and comfortable following up with many stakeholders.
- Confident writing professional emails and presenting ideas.
- Comfortable with Gmail or Outlook, LinkedIn, shared trackers, and spreadsheets.
- Willing to travel to KSA; UAE residence or transferable visa preferred.
Nice to have
- Existing network in FMCG brand or procurement teams in the Gulf is a plus.
- Experience with Coupa, Aravo, or similar supplier systems is a plus.
Location and work arrangement
- Dubai (Media City); the posting states work is in person.
Compensation
- The description says salary is to be confirmed and separately lists AED 1–10 per month.
