Account Manager – A Role to Lead and Inspire!

We are seeking a motivated and innovative Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in managing client accounts, building lasting relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be part of our mission to enable clients to succeed in their digital journeys, working closely with a dedicated and dynamic internal team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong, positive relationships.
• Support senior account managers in developing and executing account strategies.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
• Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and solutions.
• Track account performance metrics and provide insights to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management information systems (MIS), Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.
