What you will do

• Run online and in-person demos for interested business owners and help them start a first system during the demo.
• Follow up with app installers and help them complete their first system so they can decide whether to buy credits.
• Sell credit packages and keep the sales pipeline and notes up to date.
• Answer questions through app-store reviews and support channels, and pass product issues to the product team.
• Check in with accounts during their first month, help customers add systems, and support repeat purchases.
• Report weekly on demos, trials, deals, and repeat purchases.

What we need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years in B2B sales, account management, or customer success; software experience is preferred.
• Arabic and English spoken and written.
• Able to demonstrate apps on a phone and laptop and explain them simply.
• Organized follow-up and accurate lead and account records.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

Pay and terms

• Monthly salary of SAR 15,000–19,000, including basic salary and allowances, depending on experience.
• Commission under a written plan provided with the offer.
• Full-time, on-site role at the Riyadh office; working days, hours, and annual leave follow Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.

Selection process

• Selection includes a 30-minute video call, a 30-minute product-demo role-play for shortlisted candidates, and a final interview in Riyadh.
