Account Director – Esports 🎮🇸🇦
Aligned with the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030 in advancing the entertainment and Esports sector, we are looking for a strategic, hands-on Account Director to lead high-profile projects and manage senior stakeholders across major Saudi entities.
If you have a proven track record in large-scale projects and a deep passion for gaming, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Leadership: Own and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project vision and delivery.
- Operational Oversight: Lead cross-functional teams (Creative, Content, Production) across live events and campaigns.
- Strategic Growth: Drive engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance across digital and on-ground activations.
- Execution Excellence: Ensure high-quality delivery across events, activations, and live productions.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development.
- Proven experience working on large-scale projects with government entities or major brands.
- Strong understanding of the Esports, gaming, and streaming ecosystem.
- Experience in events, activations, or live productions is highly preferred.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
- Ability to join immediately.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 25,000 SAR.
