The Accommodation Support Specialist – New Arrivals is responsible for supporting and managing newly arrived workforce employees by ensuring their accommodation readiness, healthcare coordination, onboarding processes, training arrangements, and cultural orientation.
The role works closely with internal departments and training providers to ensure workforce readiness and compliance with company and government requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Accommodation Support or a related field.
- Experience within the Human Resources industry is preferred.
- Practical working knowledge of English.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
