Maharah Human Resources Company is looking for a diligent Legal Affairs Officer to provide comprehensive legal support to the organization.
The role involves reviewing contracts, ensuring legal compliance, advising management on legal matters, and managing any legal risks associated with company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Provide legal advice to management on various corporate and labor law issues
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and liaising with external legal counsel when necessary
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s business
- Support the preparation and submission of legal documentation and filings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making
- Maintain accurate records of legal matters and correspondence
- **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited university
- Previous experience in a legal affairs role, preferably within the HR or corporate sector
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including labor law
- Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Ability to interpret and apply legal information effectively
- Proficiency in legal research and documentation
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
