The Senior Internal Business Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the company’s growth and improving organizational performance through strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research and feasibility studies, and developing products and services.
The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports and recommendations, and supporting investment and expansion initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in developing and implementing strategic and operational business plans.
- Identify and evaluate new business and investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and business analysis.
- Develop recommendations and improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Support the development of new products and services.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments.
- Prepare reports, studies, and periodic economic analyses.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support business growth initiatives.
- Represent the company in conferences, seminars, and related events.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and business data.
- **Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of strategic planning and business development processes.
- Practical knowledge of the English language.
- Ability to prepare reports, studies, and development recommendations.
- Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.
