- Receive and distribute staff linen and record shortages
- Conduct monthly inventory of supplies and submit report
- Handle staff arrivals and brief them on accommodation policies

- Experience in maintenance and cleaning issues

Job Overview
- Under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, responsible for smooth implementation and upkeep of staff accommodation per company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures cleanliness of staff house and premises at all times.
- Reports to DHR and HR team and follows up on repair and maintenance.
- Requests cleaning items and ensures proper use to minimize quantity and meet budget.
- Ensures toilets are kept clean after every usage.
- Informs DHR or Duty Manager of unusual incidents like quarrels or indiscipline.
- Ensures air conditioners, lights, and water taps are off when not in use.
- Reports and takes note of all safety and security issues.
- Receives and distributes staff linen, records shortages, and follows up with laundry.
- Conducts monthly inventory of supplies and submits report by 25th of each month.
- Ensures staff arrivals are handled with accommodation, beds, and linens ready.
Pay
- AED 1,300.00 AED 1,500.00 per month
