About This Role
1. Maintain high standards of health and safety.
2. Knowledgeable in International and Mediterranean foods.
3. Follows all food preparation guidelines & assists Commis chefs in preparing all meals
4. Ensure cleanliness of all utensils, cooking equipment, working tables, cold rooms and all the kitchen areas up to the standard.
5 Ensures active participation and implementation of HACCP manual in the food and beverage service areas and carries out all standards and procedures in compliance of all HACCP CCP and standards as prescribed and stated in the manual, and as directed by Superiors.
Willing to work in private house.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
