Role overview
The AC & Refrigeration Technician supports guest-room and hotel maintenance while helping deliver a positive hospitality experience.
Typical responsibilities
- Complete daily repairs and maintenance tasks in guest rooms and hallways.
- Perform carpet cleaning and floor polishing.
- Maintain replacement-item stock levels for guest rooms and corridors.
- Identify and report health or safety issues on guest floors.
- Assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks and departmental projects.
