Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) and Make a Difference!

Are you passionate about helping individuals with autism reach their full potential? At Behavior Treatment & Analysis, we’re looking for dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our supportive and innovative team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA Programs: Work directly with clients to manage behaviors and track progress using advanced data collection methods.
  • Family Collaboration: Provide daily feedback and coaching to parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Community Integration: Deliver services in various settings, helping clients engage with their communities.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1 year preferred but not required.

• Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM – 8 PM

• Certifications: Driver’s License required; RBT certification preferred. Must have fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification.

• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities.
