Lead Child Autism Therapist - Behavior Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM –8:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00AM - 4:00 PM Location: Richmond, CA Start Date: Immediate openings available Settings: In-Home Clients & In-Center

Our clinical team creates individualized treatment programs that support children in developing motor, social, cognitive, and communication skills, empowering them and their families to thrive in everyday life.

Guaranteed 15–20 hours per week

Evening Sessions (Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 PM): +$5/hour on top of your regular hourly rate

Weekend Sessions (Saturday & Sunday): +$10/hour on top of your regular hourly rate

Support and mentor Behavior Technicians during ABA sessions.

Provide hands-on guidance and model effective ABA strategies.

Support onboarding and shadow training for new BTs.

Collaborate with BCBAs to ensure quality service delivery.

Provide direct 1:1 ABA services when assigned.

Provide constructive feedback and help address training needs.

Maintain required training trackers and session documentation.

Active RBT certification.

Previous ABA/BT experience.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to coach and support other BTs.

Reliable and comfortable taking initiative.

Saturday availability required.
