Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product/packaging design, with a strong portfolio spanning 3D packaging and graphic design.
- Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software (e.g., Rhino, KeyShot, SolidWorks, or similar) alongside Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and awareness of trends in design and beauty as well as an understanding of competitive landscape.
- Strong experience in print design.
- Keen interest, or experience in AI tools to enhance output and support in pushing creative boundaries.
- Experience designing for influencer marketing, PR, or press kit and gifting moments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a problem-solving attitude with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality while working in a fast-paced environment. And ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and the ability to respond positively to feedback.
