Role Summary

Contract Term

• This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Product Design

• Develop product packaging from concept through 3D renders to print-ready artwork and assist with artwork-proof approvals alongside quality.
• Analyze briefs, define deliverables, create concepts, and adapt the brand design system as needed.
• Ensure design direction communicates brand identity through aesthetic, colorways, and layout.
• Collaborate on product launches, ideation, packaging, campaign objectives, and storytelling.

Collaboration and Brand Quality

• Work with design, NPD, regulatory, marketing, creative, and production teams to align design from concept through execution and deliver consistent assets on time.
• Maintain quality and brand-guideline alignment, provide concept feedback, and manage multiple projects against production timelines.

Creative Innovation

• Stay current on beauty, packaging, design, and unboxing trends to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Experience and Design Skills

• 4+ years of product or packaging design experience and a strong portfolio across 3D packaging and graphic design.
• Proficiency with 3D design and rendering software such as Rhino, KeyShot, SolidWorks, or similar, and Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, design and beauty trends, and competitive landscape; strong print-design experience.
• AI-tool interest or experience is sought; influencer marketing, PR, press-kit, or gifting design experience is highly desirable.

• Translate creative briefs into visually appealing designs; communicate and explain design decisions, collaborate, and solve problems.
• Maintain attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced environment, inspire and motivate a team, adapt to changing requirements, and respond positively to feedback.
