Influencer Marketing Intern

Role overview

Influencer kits and campaign support

• Help brainstorm and develop creative PR kit concepts aligned with campaign themes and trends.
• Research and present influencer, social media and cultural trends to guide ideation.
• Conduct competitor analysis and report on PR kit trends across beauty and lifestyle.

Product coordination and logistics

• Coordinate sample requests with internal teams and vendors, including product logistics with suppliers.
• Ensure timely dispatch of PR kit samples for approval.
• Liaise with logistics providers to arrange international shipments.
• Prepare shipping documents and track deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.

Administrative support

• Organize influencer product databases, addresses and kit distribution lists.
• Help manage campaign timelines and support post-campaign reporting as needed.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Demonstrate understanding of social media campaigns, platforms, best practices and trends.
• Be fluent on Instagram and social platforms including Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, adapting language and messaging to platform and audience.
• Be flexible to work outside standard hours when needed to engage with specific content.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines and details while delivering independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Show original campaign ideation, problem-solving, analytical ability and consumer-focused relationship skills.
• Experience in beauty and cosmetics is preferred.
