About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize solutions across Zoho One applications based on business requirements.
• Configure and manage applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Creator, Zoho Desk, Zoho Projects , and other Zoho applications.
• Create custom functions and workflows using Deluge .
• Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho applications and third-party systems using APIs.
• Design custom modules, forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, and automation.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into effective Zoho solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support to users.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and access permissions across Zoho applications.
• Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of new solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Deluge scripting .
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations .( if any)
• Good understanding of workflows, automation, custom functions, and business processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
