This internship is ideal for candidates interested in CRM systems, business automation, low-code development, and third-party integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customize and automate Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Analytics.
- Write and maintain Deluge scripts for workflows and automation.
- Support API integrations with third-party platforms.
- Create reports, dashboards, and business process automations.
- Assist in testing, debugging, and improving existing systems.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers.
- Prepare technical documentation and support materials.
/Experiences
- Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Internship or project experience in CRM or automation platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Zoho applications.
- Knowledge of programming logic and APIs.
- Familiarity with Deluge scripting is an advantage.
- Understanding of CRM concepts and business workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
